It is located in Gangshang Luquan, cover 13000 square meters, current employee more than 100, total investment more than seven million dollars. Our main line is casting copper products and copper works of art. Xinyian Machinery Co, Ltd whose annual output is more than 500 tons is the largest company in our areas, is the member of the cast Association of China and the enterprise of Hebei Tourism Bureau. At present Xinyian is becoming a multiplication enterprise mainly in the casting copper products based on the manufacture technology and experience of thirty years, excellent equipment of casting, advanced mechanical process, efficient and solid work team.
We have advanced equipment of production and test, included melting equipment, more than ten sets of CNC Machining, spectroanalysis instrument imported from Germany, high resolution electron microscope imported from Japan and tension tester. Through many years development, our company has developed a series of new technologies of casting and has been authorized the National Invention and patent of new products. The approve of product quality is ensured by the advanced technology and better quality assurance system. All the products both at home and abroad have been praised by our customer.
In order to satisfy the foreign customers’ needs, we develop and manufacture tin copper castings, manganese copper castings, silicon copper castings, nickel copper castings and so on according to the American standard---ASIM-B584-93a.Among them, the tin copper casting of C83600, silicon copper casting of C87600, nickel copper casting of C97600 has been exported to the developed countries such as Britain, America and Japan.
